New Homes Painting & House Painting
We specialise in painting newly completed homes as we know all the work that is required to prepare the surfaces. After receiving a quote and the optional colour consultation (sample paints and colour charts provided). Throughout the painting of your house you can expect:
- Cleaning of all surfaces to be painted
- Removal and covering of any present furniture or household items (We prefer if wall hangings, window treatments, appliances and removal of furniture is organised by the customer prior to the scheduled start date)
- Setup of equipment
- Prep work such as: tarps, caulk, taping to avoiding paint running onto flooring, cornicing…
- Painting of first coat
- Painting of second coat
- Cleanup
- Customer walk through and evaluation
